1. 기계의 몸체(FRAME)는 전체 주물구조로 되어있다.
2. 앞, 뒤 컨베어 베어링과  정밀가공후 열처리 연마된 레일구조로 되었다.
3. 유리이송용 컨베어 구조는 특수 알미늄 합금 다이캐스팅으로 제작된

    캐터필러 트랙형식이며 베어링 굴름방식이다.
4. 작은 조각유리 가공할 때는 앞 콘베어 패드가 상하로 움직이며 유리를

    잡아주는 기능이 있다.
5. 뒤 컨베어 패드를 자동으로 세척하는 세척장치가 있다.
6. 자동 급유장치가 있어 작동부분에 자동으로 급유가 된다.
7. 출구컨베어에 부착한 유리세척기는 구매자의 별도주문에 의하여 제작한다.
8. 기계의 전기시스템은 PLC방법이며 독자적으로 개발한 프로그램이다.

1. This machine's frame is constructed out of cast iron.
2. The front and rear conveyer bearing friction rails have underwent precision manufacturing process and heat treatment.
3. The glass transportation conveyer system is a caterpillar track type with roller bearings made from special die cast aluminum alloy.
4. When small pieces of glass are being processed, the front conveyer pad can be vertically move, and the machine also performs glass-grasping function.
5. The unit is also available with an automatic front and rear conveyer pad glass washing system.
6. The unit can also be equipped with an automatic oiling mechanism.
7. A glass washer attached to out-conveyor can be available as per customer's special order.
8. The unit utilizes P.L.C electrical control system, which has been developed exclusively.
